Scope of Workshop

International Workshop on Quality, Environment, Reliability and Safety (QERS 2019) is focused on the methodologies which have been developed to improve quality, environment, reliability, and safety during development, manufacturing, diagnostics, data collection and implementation processes of products and technical systems in the context of Industry 4.0. All methods and tools that have been developed to improve quality, environment-friendly products or assess reliability are relevant to our topics. Of course, studies dedicated to the topics which improve the pure knowledge of quality evaluation and reliability assessment even without direct application are also relevant. All accepted papers will be published in normal issues of MM Science Journal (www.mmscience.eu). The MM (Modern Machinery) Science Journal published in English is the peer-reviewed open-accessed journal indexed in the SCOPUS database and one part of the EBSCO database. MM Science Journal

The MM (Modern Machinery) Science Journal, published since 2008, is world respected scientific journal. The journal, published in English, is double peer reviewed and competitive in distributing knowledge among domestic and international academics and professionals. Full text are available on-line on the journal's website. Printed abstracts of the MM Science Journal are distributed as a scientific supplement of the Maschinenmarkt Czech Republic. Since May 2014 is indexed in Scopus.

Location of Workshop

The city of Brno is located in the middle of the Moravia. The expected weather in time of Conference is warm (20 Celsius degree) and sunshine. The city has about 400.000 citizens. It offers many attractions for accompanying person, including its historic centre, dam, close to Austerlitz battlefield, Moravian Karst, etc.
